  4. Q. What views does the Las Vegas Hilton offer?

    A. The Las Vegas Hilton offers views of the Las Vegas Strip, mountains and the Las Vegas Country Club.

  5. Q. Is there a golf course close to the Las Vegas Hilton?

    A. Yes. The Las Vegas Country Club golf course is directly across the street from the property. It is a private golf course and to gain entry you must be a member.

  6. Q. How many guests do you allow per room?

    A. Hotel policy allows a maximum of four guests per room. There is an additional charge of $35.00 per person per night for the third and fourth guest in one room.

  7. Q. Does the Las Vegas Hilton allow pets?

    A. No. Pets are not allowed on the property, with the exception of assistance animals (those needed to assist the physically challenged). If you need information on boarding kennels, please contact our Hotel Operator at (702) 732-5111.

  8. Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

    A. You may check-in anytime after you arrive at the Las Vegas Hilton. Your room will be available after 3:00pm. You may store your luggage with our Bell Desk, at no charge, until that time. Check-out is 12:00 noon. Extended check-out is an option, for an additional charge, and is based on availability. We are unable to determine the availability of a late check-out prior to the date of departure.

  9. Q. Can I join your Player’s Club prior to my arrival at the Las Vegas Hilton?

    A. Yes. When booking your trip through Casino Reservations, a player's club card will be created for you over the phone.

  10. Q. Can I pre-arrange to have flowers or a gift sent to a guest prior to their arrival?

    A. Yes. Please contact our Hotel Operator at (702) 732-5111 and ask for Room Service.

  11. Q. How can I get in contact with a guest staying at the Las Vegas Hilton?

    A. A guest staying at the Las Vegas Hilton can be contacted through any of the following methods:
    To contact a guest by phone, please call our Hotel Operator at (702) 732-5111.
    Via fax, (702) 732-5778. Faxes will be charged $1.50 per page for the first three pages, and $1.00 per page thereafter, payable by the guest. The guest will be notified via room message.
    To mail a package, please address it in the following manner:

  12. Q. How can I obtain a copy of my bill from a previous visit? Who should I contact regarding a discrepancy on my bill?

    A. To obtain this information and you have already checked-out of the hotel, please contact our Accounting Department at (702) 732-5571 or (800) 897-4881 between 8:00am – 4:00pm PST Monday – Friday. If you are still checked-in the hotel, please contact our Front Desk at (702) 732-5840 24 hours a day.

  13. Q. Can I receive a rate and availability quote, or make a change to an existing reservation via email?

    A. Yes. Reservation changes, along with a rate and availability quote, can be given via email. For information or assistance, please email the Las Vegas Hilton Call Center at lvhcallcenter@lvhilton.com. Please allow for a 48 hour (2 business days) response time.

  15. Q. Does the Las Vegas Hilton offer free parking for hotel guests?

    A. Yes. For your convenience, we offer free uncovered self-parking and covered parking in our North Tower parking lot and garage, as well as free uncovered self-parking in our SUPERBOOK® parking lot. We also offer Valet Parking at our Main Hotel entrance.

  16. Q. How much does it cost to ride the Las Vegas Monorail?

    A. Visit lvmonorail.com for current fares, hours of operation and station information.

  17. Q. How close is the Las Vegas Hilton to the Strip, Las Vegas Monorail and the Las Vegas Convention Center?

    A. The Las Vegas Hilton is just a few blocks from the Las Vegas Strip. We are also one of the stops along the Las Vegas Monorail, which offers transportation to and from the Strip. The Las Vegas Convention Center is conveniently located right next door to the Las Vegas Hilton.

  18. Q. How do I get from the airport to the Las Vegas Hilton?

    A. There are various methods to get to the Las Vegas Hilton:
    1. Cab
    2. Rent a car (Avis, Thrifty, Hertz, Enterprise, Budget, Dollar, Alamo, etc.)
    3. Bell Transportation (Shuttle & limo services are available from 9:00am – 11:00pm)

  19. Q. Do you supply a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport for people who stay at the Hilton?

    A. The Las Vegas Hilton does not provide shuttle service however, Bell Transportation provides a shuttle at the airport for a fee of $5-7 per person, depending on day and time.

  20. Q. Is there a price list of amenities that your Spa offers?

  21. Q. Does your hotel provide wheelchairs or offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?

    A. Yes. The Las Vegas Hilton has wheelchairs available for hotel guests upon arrival. Wheelchairs are free of charge and cannot be taken off property. We also offer room accommodations for the physically challenged with amenities ranging from roll-in showers to bathroom handrails. Recreational scooters are also available to hotel guests and may be rented through our Front Desk. Please contact Room Reservations at (800) 732-7117 for more information.
