SEX AND THE MARRIED STAR
Suzanne Somers will present two memorable lectures on Memorial Day Weekend (May 23 and 24) at the Las Vegas Hilton at 4 p.m. Somers is the author of 18 books (her most recent is the New York Times Bestseller, “Breakthrough, Eight Steps to Wellness.”, and she will be lecturing in the Hilton Theater on health, hormones, sexuality and wellness. HEY, IT’S VEGAS AT THE HILTON, BABY!
The popular Royal Crown Revue and singer Jennifer Keith will bring a new show, “Hey, It’s Vegas Baby!” to the Hilton Theater for a one-night performance on Thursday, June 4 at 8 p.m. Tickets and information at www.lvhilton.com. Royal Crown Revue originated the swing revival and now is celebrating its 20th Anniversary as the top retro modern horn band touring today. Jennifer, n addition to the show in the Hilton Theater, will also perform free shows in the Hilton’s Tempo Lounge, Thursday, June 4 at 6 p.m. and Friday-Saturday, June 5-6 at 7:30 p.m.

KEN RATIGAN HAS THE SPIRIT
Ken Ratigan, Las Vegas Hilton Director of Catering, was presented the “Spirit of Hilton” Award Thursday afternoon in a surprise ceremony in the Shimmer Showroom. The Spirit Award recognizes the top team members for Hilton Hotels throughout the country. Hundreds of nominations are submitted and only a few are chosen by a group of past winners, general mangers and corporate team members. Ratigan, who has been with the Las Vegas Hilton for 35 years, received a check, a plaque, and a special pin, as well as lifetime recognition throughout his Hilton career.

NFL REGULAR SEASON WINS POSTED
The Las Vegas Hilton SuperBook recently posted over/under regular season wins for each NFL team. Guests may place wagers over or under the number set by SuperBook oddsmakers. This is a wager that lasts for the entire season and is very popular among football fans, according to Jay Kornegay, executive director of the SuperBook. The New England Patriots once again top the list with an over/under of 11.5 wins. Others include: Pittsburgh 10.5, New York Giants 10, Colts 10, Chargers 9.5, and the Green Bay Packers at 9. All the current numbers and rules are posted in the SuperBook.

WOUND UP WITH STRESS? WIND DOWN WITH WIND UP
Each week, one of the retail stores at the Las Vegas Hilton features a unique product. This week it’s Kikkerland wind ups. The toys, created by artists, are stainless steel with plastic feet and range in sizes and colors. And catch some of these names: “Le Pinch” and “Zecar.” Some look like bugs while others look like cars or propellers. Some of them can hold memos or photos with their antennas. Technically, they could be for kids, but they are rally fun for adults as well to use as stress relievers or desk top toys. Available at the Hilton’s Strip shop, with prices starting at $10 plus tax

LEARNING FOR THE ON-LINE WORLD
PPC CLASSROOM LIVE, May 28-30 at the Las Vegas Hilton, introduces a wide variety of innovative educational products to the pay-per-performance industry, setting the standard for the training of both work-at-home entrepreneurs and management professionals. Since opening its doors, more than 21,000 students have completed Affiliate Classroom's courses and training systems.

BIG BUCKS TOURNAMENT
The $100,000 Blackjack Tournament, May 26-27 at the Las Vegas Hilton, features a first-place prize of $50,000. The entry fee is $499 and includes four days and three nights at the Hilton, plus an entry into the tournament. For more information, call 1-800-457-3307.
