RESORTS INTERNATIONAL CLUB RULES

1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

2. Membership and/or rewards are not transferable.

3. Membership is a privilege granted by the Las Vegas Hilton and may be revoked or cancelled at any time. Fraudulent usage of the Resorts International Club Card will result in loss of membership and revocation of all privileges.

4. Valid photo identification is required to sign up for the Resorts International Club Card, to replace lost or stolen cards and for cash (points) and comp redemption.

5. Cash (points) and/or comp-dollar vouchers must be redeemed within 24 hours of issuance.

6. The Las Vegas Hilton is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

7. Minimum redemption for cash and/or comp dollars is $10 (100 points for cash).

8. Cash and comp dollars are valid for 13 months from the date earned. All unused cash and/or comp dollars will be deleted from your account and will no longer be available for redemption.

9. Cash and/or comp-dollar earnings vary by machine/game type, denomination, average bet, length of play and participating property. Value of rewards and merchandise also varies by property.

10. To qualify for comp dollars based on spend outside of gaming areas, you must be a Las Vegas Hilton registered hotel guest and a Resorts International Club Card member.

11. It is the member's responsibility to present their Resorts International Club Card to a dealer before playing tables and/or to properly insert the Club Card into the slot reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of play.

12. The Las Vegas Hilton reserves the right to adjust any cash or comp balance resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud. All decisions made by Las Vegas Hilton management are final and binding.

13. Retail discounts may not be combined with any other offer. Not valid on sale items or sundries (tobacco, candy, books, magazines, health and beauty products, food and beverages).

14. Most outlets will return any excess comp dollars issued back into the players account. However, certain retail and entertainment venues will apply entire amount printed on comp voucher and will not refund any excess comp dollars tendered.

15. By becoming a member, you acknowledge your permission for the Las Vegas Hilton to correspond with you via mail, e-mail and telephone.

16. Members' use of the Resorts International Club Card indicates acceptance of the foregoing rules and all other terms and conditions of the Resorts International Club Card.

17. The Las Vegas Hilton reserves the right to change or cancel the Resorts International Card and/or program or its rules at any time without notice.
