BOARDROOMS There are two boardrooms located next to the conference rooms. The Boardroom has a total of 540 square feet and features a 10' ceiling, and the Executive Boardroom has a total of 812 square feet and features a 10' ceiling. CONFERENCE ROOMS There are 14 conference rooms, each with moveable partitions and 10' ceilings. In-house sound systems are available in each conference room. Floor load limits are 150 lbs per square foot static weight. There is a total of 9,385 square feet of meeting space in all conference rooms. HILTON BALLROOM & PAVILION When combined, the Hilton Ballroom and Hilton Pavilion form a pillar-free room approximately the size of two football fields where a banquet of 10,000 can be seated comfortably. High ceilings - up to 23 feet high in the Hilton Pavilion - provide ideal staging opportunities. Both facilities can be divided into smaller rooms of varying sizes.
